Jade Portevin

After two years in the international department of a Parisian firm, I joined GMBA in 2016. The year 2022 marked my graduation as a chartered accountant and the start of my new role as Project Director.

I’m particularly interested in international assignments, after I studied for a year at Boston University. In this context, I work with foreign groups of all sizes, from advising on the structure to set up to enter the French market, to ensuring that they comply with their accounting, tax, legal and internal reporting obligations. In particular, I work with them on GAAP differences when transposing their accounts to French accounting standards as well as transfer pricing matters, in the context of the documentation obligations applicable in France.

I am also involved on advisory assignments, such as contractual audits, Vendor Due Diligence for foreign investors and various tax queries.

As part of our internal ‘International group’, I play an active role in developing opportunities within our international Allinial Global network.
