Fonction : Corporate Finance Consultant

Holder of a dual Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Toulouse III and in Accounting, Control, and Audit (CCA) from the IAE of Poitiers, I joined GMBA in 2022.

My career began to take shape with a pivotal one-year tenure as a consultant and junior financial auditor at EY (Ernst and Young) Madagascar, where I honed my skills and developed a foundation in financial analysis and consulting.

Joining the ranks of GMBA’s Corporate Finance – Transactions service line, I now serve as a dedicated Corporate Finance Consultant. Within this role, my responsibilities encompass various contractual audit missions, including business valuations and buy-side, sell-side financial due diligences, catering to both French SMEs and foreign subsidiaries.

My profession is highly diversified as I also assist companies, including startups, in creating their financial forecasts and developing their strategic management through BI dashboards.
