Célia Osmont

I hold a first Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law, followed by a second Master’s degree (Master 2) in Economics and Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.

I began my career as a Business Law Attorney in a law firm, where I worked for five years. During this time, I gained solid experience in providing legal counsel to major retail companies, SMEs, and startups. I developed a strong specialization in Corporate Law (company formations, bylaw amendments, capital increases, shareholders’ agreements, etc.), as well as in corporate restructurings, business transfers, commercial contracts, startup development, and commercial leases.

I then joined the GMBA Walter Allinial Group as Corporate Legal Manager. In this role, I lead and expand the legal department and oversee the group’s legal strategy. I am also responsible for implementing innovative legal tools and solutions.

I became part of GMBAvocats at its founding, where I currently serve as Corporate Legal Manager.
