I have a master’s degree in Labor and Employment Law (Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail) from the University Paris II Pantheon-Assas and am specialized in international relationships.
I have worked for 4 years in legal and HR departments of international companies and employer’s national federations. In this framework, I handled many HR due diligences and dealt with employment law related issues arising in the context of restructurings. I also advised national and international companies on all employment regulation aspects regarding day-to-day matters, compensation and benefits, and relations with employee representatives and trade unions.
I joined the GMBA Walter Allinial group in 2021, and more specifically, its subsidiary SMC, as a Human Resources Consultant, where I am providing operational assistance to French and foreign companies to ensure compliance with all aspects of French employment law (disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts, relationships with staff representatives, etc.) and to help them tailor HR policies to meet their specific needs.
