Audrey Fourdinier

Graduated from EDHEC Business School and from a Master’s Degree in HR/Communication at CELSA SORBONNE UNIVERSITE, I have been working at GMBA SMC since 2014.

I support companies on various assignments in Human Resources and Employment Law.

Versatile, I work with varied clients (VSEs, SMEs, start-ups, group subsidiaries) from all business sectors (industry, services, catering, arts and culture, etc.).

In this context, I provide operational HR assistance, from recruitment to termination of the employment contract. I advise companies on the implementation and monitoring of HR policies (remuneration, job classification, formalisation of processes, skills management, etc.), as well as the introduction of tools in compliance with obligations, on various aspects: health and safety, individual (professional interview, disciplinary procedure, etc.) and collective (staff representative “CSE”, employee savings schemes, employment preservation programs “PSE”, etc.). I am also involved in HR audits, training and social monitoring.

Committed in our “International group”, and with a year’s professional experience in Australia, I particularly enjoy helping subsidiaries of foreign groups to set up in France and grow their business, while complying with French law.
