Charles-Emeric LE ROY is an accomplished consultant in HR, social law and payroll services and head of GMBA’s Payroll & HR department since 2016.
After graduating from the University of Paris XI Jean Monnet in social law and the Sorbonne University in Human Resources, he first oriented his career in business. For 6 years, he held the position of HR Director in shipping group.
His experience, very generalist oriented, includes payroll management, national insurance contributions, social law and more broadly HR management (recruitment, competencies assessment, labor requirements compliance, employee time planning & optimization, HR policy…).
This allows him today to support companies with both a strategic vision integrating the economic and social issues of the company, but also a responsive service, with tangible answers to operational issues.
