Bio

​Jacques de Nucé is a partner with GMBA, a medium-size independent firm of registered auditors, chartered accountants and business consultants (12 partners, 100 associates, turnover of 9M€). He was promoted to partner in 2007, capitalizing on a 7-year extensive
experience as a senior manager within the firm. Prior to joining GMBA, Jacques worked for 4 years as a consultant in several audit and business advisory firms including KPMG.

He specializes in legal and contractual audit and heads the audit service line of the firm. As an auditor, he has worked with clients operating in various sectors ranging from industry, manufacturing and retail to aeronautics, telecom and charities.
In addition to auditing, his fields of predilection include consolidation, mergers and acquisitions due diligence and valuation.

He frequently participates in international assignments, mostly in the UK and Germany. He also manages monthly financial reports for French subsidiaries of foreign companies (Malaysia, Qatar, Spain...). His competencies include IFRS and US and French Gaap as well.
